The quality of the immediate response is the single most decisive factor in how severe a cyber incident becomes. That is why we built our own CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) in-house, staffed it year-round and connected it directly to our Security Operations Center.

Our engineers already know your environment when they pick up, so the intervention begins with context rather than a handover. Average recovery time is under five days, against a market average of three to four weeks.

End-to-end claims management.

Being there when an incident hits is the heart of what it means to be the CISO of Europe. From crisis management to compensation, we take care of claims from A to Z, with our own teams.

Investigation and defense Our CERT picks up immediately, with no level-1 triage: acknowledgment within 15 minutes and an expert mobilized within the hour, to scope the incident, contain the threat and defend the attacked system. There is no deductible for the removal of doubt, and no costs are retained in the event of a false alarm.

IT remediation Once the attack has been brought under control, our teams restore the information system, working hand in hand with the company's IT teams or service providers. The aim: to enable a rapid return to business.

Crisis communication and regulatory framework Our experts help draw up a crisis communication plan and guide you through the regulatory procedures: filing with law enforcement, GDPR notification to your supervisory authority. Where an incident requires it, our team also handles negotiations with the attackers on your behalf.

Valuation and compensation External experts are commissioned to assess the amount of the loss, then our teams compensate as quickly as possible.
