Fake invoice and bank detail scams

Attackers impersonate suppliers or hijack email threads to send fake invoices or request bank account changes shortly before payments. Without proper verification, funds are diverted to fraudulent accounts.

Credential phishing

Attackers send emails impersonating trusted brands or internal services, driving employees to fake login pages built to capture passwords. The stolen credentials give attackers direct access to mailboxes and internal systems, often as the first step toward fraud.

Compromised account abuse

Increased sublimit

Clients who have fully implemented the solution benefit from a significantly enhanced sub-limit of 40% of their Sum Insured, capped to €1m. This is a combined sublimit for fraud, theft, and liability arising from money transfers.

Improved conditions

Clients using the module are granted the increased sublimit without needing to answer additional risk questions and without fulfilling extra coverage prerequisites.

Elimination of fraud deductible

The deductible for fraud is eliminated for clients using the Managed Email Security solution.

Data protection is more than just an obligation for us—it is part of our product development. Emails are processed exclusively for analysis purposes; content is not stored permanently. If data is stored, it remains in European AWS data centers.

All data is encrypted, and access is restricted to selected Stoïk security teams, strictly controlled, and logged.
