Camera noise and jpeg compression artifacts reduction

Reduction of blocking structure caused by JPEG compression (click the fragment to see the whole image)

Reduction of brightness noise.
Noise in originals is very prominent since camera CCD noise was further made worse by JPEG compression.
Note that filtering does not make contours and edges less sharp.
