Measure

The command measures distances, corners, structures and histograms of intensity on image. Measurements are very important in automatic image enhancement. See how measure module is used during suppression of ISO noise

Type of measurement.

	- Set image resolution. Set Units of measurement. Draw line. Point mouse cursor on an image. Click, move mouse and click again. Enter Real Length of the line. Press Start button to recalculate Length of the line in pixels Resolution. The Resolution will be used for following measurements.
	- Measure distances. Draw line as described above. Press Start button. Length of the line shows in Result box. You can change the line position using Begin and End buttons.
	- Measure angles. Click three times on an image to set beams. Press Start button to measure an angle between the beams.
	- Measure profile. Draw line. Profile calculates lengthways the line. You can see the profile in Profile window.
	- Measure areas. Select any part of an image. Press Start button. Area and Perimeter appears in Result window.
	- Measure histogram. Select a part of an image. Press Start button. Histogram graphs the number of pixels at each brightness level in an image.
