Interface: Paint with effects and filters
All image processing tools of Picture Man can be applied with brush. See sample dialog - there is choice of how filter will be applied - either with a brush, or to complex selection defined with tools found on selection toolbar (rectangle, ellipse, polygon, magic wand, text, curved text, etc.). Choose Pen selection type, then set pen parameters (size, shape, edge density, pattern on 'Selection Attributes - Pen' dialog).

Unlike all other image editors Picture Man allows you to define tool parameters and
selection independently. Click for example on Preview button on tool dialog and then
change selection - you will see how the tool is applied to new selection.
