Customers who have purchased Picture Man 4.0 are eligible for free upgrade.

The update icludes additional image processing tools, enhancements, and corrections.

NEW TOOL

- Scratch Removal (menu Tools-Enhancement)
fully automatic removal of scratch defects on scanned photos. The uniqueness of the filter is that it processes only defects and does not affect other parts of the image

- Cutout (menu Tools-Effects)
create cutout effects without expensive plugins

- Buttonize (menu Tools-Effects)
create 3D buttons for your web pages

- Calibrate (menu Image-Adjust)
unique tool fine tuning of picture colors with ability to change any given color.

- Equalize (menu Image-Adjust)
equalize image histogram

- Expand (menu Image-Adjust)
expand image histogram

Respective commands are added to Command Language

ENHANCEMENTS AND CORRECTIONS

- Create New Layer command now automatically creates layer with black mask. Added option to 'Fill with backround' on Create New layer dialog

- Full implementation of OLE server to support in-place activation of Picture Man objects in other OLE enabled applications

- Coorections and new commands in Command Language

- Free zoom can be made by by dragging zooming rectangle

- Added context help for tools and multiple new Help topics
