Beta 3 version of PictureMan PRO 4.0 is available for betatesters!

The betatesting program of PictureMan 4.0 PRO has drawn unprecedented amount of feedback from testers who do not just report bugs, but submit tons of suggestions for program functionality and interface. We decided to extend the testing period to allow for inclusion of new suggested features into the final release.

PictureMan 4.0 Beta 3 Release Notes.

1. Save Workspace command is now available if at least one tool is open, even if there is no open documents
2. Text layer now remembers the selection of text
3. Option to show Selection Attributes dialog is added to View menu
4. Added button New on Crop dialog to allow for easy setting of new cropping rectangle. If Crop is done to new document, then original window remains active to facilitate cropping of images to multiple tiles.
5. Instead of menu Window->Close All there are now two options Close All documents and Close All Tools
6. Selection button removed from Tools->Effects->Manual Painting dialog since this tool allows application with pen only.
7. Corrected behavior of painting with brushes when brush reaches window scrollbars
8. Corrected bug in Tools->Plug-In Filters. Plugin filters can now be applied if whole image is selected
9. Corrected behavior of making selection with pen when pen reaches left or top margins of image
10. Changes were made to the Dissolve method of layer blending
11. Rewritten Effects Wizard
12. Improved layout of Layers Palette
