WHAT IS THE LICENSE FOR

Programs from our Puzzle Creators series (PM Jigsaw, PM Mosaic, PM Switch, PM Balls) and PM Greeting Puzzle  (PROGRAMS) allow you to create and play visual puzzle games prepared from your pictures. The games created with these programs can be easily distributed in the form of small (150-200kb) executables (.exe files).

You can create these play-only puzzle games from your own pictures or from your customer's pictures and distribute them through e-mail, download or on CDs. However, distribution of custom-made puzzle games other than for personal purposes (see explanation below) requires additional 'redistribution license' which can be obtained as described below.

HOW TO OBTAIN A REDISTRIBUTION LICENSE

A. If you plan to distribute custom-made puzzle games from Web site with up to 2,000 unique visitors per day or on CDs with expected annual distribution not exceeding 10,000 copies you can obtain redistribution license by purchasing additional copies of PROGRAMS online.

B. If you plan to distribute custom-made puzzle games from Web site with more than 2,000 unique visitors per day or on CDs with expected annual distribution exceeding 10,000 copies please contact us to request a quote.
